If we cannot give you an answer within 5 days, we will send back an acknowledgement of receipt – by mail or email – explaining who is in charge of your case and how you can contact him.
In this situation, we commit ourselves to give you an answer within 2 months maximum. However, if we face a complex case and we do not comply with this agreed period, we will keep you informed about its management progression.If you are not satisfied by the response Aon gave you, you can forward your claim to the CSCA mediator:
